Saw this in my AdSense notice. So that means effective end of this month, all referrals (clicks and conversions) made to Google AdSense will no longer give Publishers revenue credits?
Google also instructed to update the Pages containing these Google AdSense referrals – does this mean if somebody not from the Philippines clicks on your Google AdSense referral, you will not also earn anything?
This is somehow not so clear for me. I tried to click on the link for a more detailed information but it can’t be found – LOL, Google also have dead links.

I will only believe on this if someone can provide me a proof.
And of course, it’s much better if google itself will confirm this issue.
